We had a wonderful stay at the cottage. the location is tucked away and charming, with friendly hosts who provided detailed directions for easy finding. the room and bathroom were spotlessly clean, with a comfortable bed and lovely linen. We enjoyed the homemade breakfast in the beautiful garden, and the host even catered to my wheat-free dietary requirements. the separate building felt secluded, and we loved sitting outside at night to gaze at the stars.

The Garden: I couldn't help but feel like a fairytale character wandering through the beautiful garden at Stone Cottage. It was like stepping into a secret oasis, with vibrant flowers and charming pathways that made me forget all about the hustle and bustle of everyday life. I spent hours exploring and soaking up the tranquility.
Roadside Noise: Occasionally, the passing cars on the nearby road created a bit of background noise in the room. But honestly, it was such a minor inconvenience that it didn't dampen my overall experience at Stone Cottage.

The decor of the hotel was charming and had a lovely vintage feel. It reminded me of my childhood home and brought back fond memories. The general areas were well-maintained and clean, making it easy for senior people like myself to navigate around. The accessibility of the hotel was great, with no stairs to climb and everything located on one floor. It made my stay comfortable and convenient.
A better vacation for senior people would have been possible if there were handrails in the bathroom.

My recent stay at Stone Cottage was a truly tranquil experience. The beautifully crafted garden and peaceful setting created a serene atmosphere that made me feel completely secluded. I especially enjoyed sitting outside at night and gazing at the stars, it was a magical sight. Additionally, the separate building connected by a glass roof added to the feeling of privacy, which I greatly appreciated. The continental breakfast surpassed my expectations and was a delightful start to the day. I particularly loved the croissants, yoghurt, muesli, and fresh fruit. The bathroom size was perfect and the shower was refreshing. I had a peaceful and enjoyable stay at Stone Cottage.

Loved the fact that I could engage in activities like hiking and cycling. The complimentary parking was a savior too. Breakfast had limited options, but hey, who needs choices when you can have croissants and muesli every morning?
Oh, the noisy cars passing by the road outside the room were the perfect lullaby. So soothing!
